PAS (Parking Assist System)

The parking assist system, PAS, is a driving assist device which uses ultrasonic waves to detect obstacles in the blind spot of the front and rear part of the car when parking or driving slowly and warns the driver.

The Parking Assist System detects forward, lateral, and rear obstacles in blind spots with an ultrasonic wave when parking or driving at a reduced speed. It warns the driver with a noise (with the frequency rising when the obstacles get nearer).
