TMU (Telematics Unit)

This provides a convenient driving environment by offering remote control (ignition) utilizing built-in modem, destination setting through the center, traffic accident information, economical driving service, and self-auto examination.

Sound

This consists of an amplifier which amplifies small signals from a head unit into large signals, and speakers that output the amplified signals.

Other modules (antenna, microphone, ETCS (Electron Toll Collection System))

- Antenna : It receives radio waves and converts them into electrical signals to convey the signals to the audio/AVN system, It comes in Shark Fin, Radio Shark Fin, and microphone type.
- Microphone : It is a device that transforms sound energy to electrical energy, used for voice recognition or hands-free phone conversation. It comes in ECM or MEMS microphones.
- ETCS : It is an automatic toll collecting system by smart card without having to stop when passing highway toll gates. It uses 5.8GHz wireless communication.
