Dried food using hot air dryer not only ensures a high level of rehydration, but also offers an excellence in smell, taste, texture and nutrition.

① All-weather drying: Guaranteed productivity and consistent quality regardless of climate and season
② Pollution free (clean drying): Eliminating problems (such as impaired product quality, gas absorption due to incomplete combustion, risk of fire) associated with hot air drying (using direct heat)
③ Drying while keeping the original state: Keeping the food's original taste, flavor and color without destroying nutrients
④ Energy saving: Significant saving of electricity cost compared to oil (diesel) by utilizing the special heat exchanger and waste heat from the refrigerator (saving by 60-70% compared to electricity; by 80% compared to tax-free oil)
⑤ Increased Productivity and Storability: Higher productivity compared to the hot air drying (by 20% or higher); easy to store food after drying
