A soot blower is system that effectively removes ashes or other attachments piled on the surface in contact with combustible gas such as boilers, fired heaters and other heat exchange devices.
Use of soot blowing contributes to enhancing heat efficiency and increasing the rate of facility operations. Soot blowers are needed by such facilities as power plant boilers, urban and industrial waste management facilities, fire heaters, denitrification facilities and desulfurization facilities.
Long Retractable Soot Blower
Designed to operate perfectly under High temperature gas path of boilers and other facilities. It is widely used at boilers and other heat exchangers.

Rotary Soot Blower
Element tube has to be installed in gas path at all times because gas temperatures of boilers and other facilities are low.
(Ex. :Evaporator tube, economizer, tubular air, pre heater, fired heater, etc.)
Element tube is made by proper materials at gas zone temperature and have lots of nozzles clean the whole gas path depending on arrangement of boiler tube.
A single motor enable the element tube to rotate.
It also operates the cam parts and is feasible to open and close of poppet valve.

Wall Blower
It is for furnace wall cleaning of boiler and specially it is used at pulverized coal combustion boiler.
It is attached to the outside of furnace wall and lance tube is located at backward position.Thus, it is designed to prevent from damage of high temperature at combustor.
Once it operates, lance tube moves to forward position and starts rotation.
And then blowing starts when poppet valve is operated by cam.

- Nozzle head and nozzle are made by heatresisting alloy in order to bear up against high temperature.

Short Retractable Soot Blower
It is installed at safe section even if some section of lance tube is located in gas path at normal times.
This is because gas temperature of boiler and other facility is low.
It is widely used when they need to more powerful blowing than Rotary type soot blower. (Ex.: Economizer, tubular air, preheater, etc.)
It is basically same structure of LR-2B and nozzle arrayed as equidistant intervals at the plural sections and thus it is able to clean the whole sections of gas path with short transfer distance.
In case that sections are two , it is called half retractable.
Sections will be designed a lot if needed.
