Product Description
AUTO FLUX CLEANER is the equipment to eliminate left-over FLUX after passing the Ball that is glued to SUBSTRATE through the REFLOW. The procedure of cleaning through HOT D.I WATER and air-drying is automatically conducted through a conveyor.
