- Introduction
History of CIMCOOL (CIMCOOL-since 1945)
In 1938, Cincinnati Milacron Milling Company (later Cincinnati Milacron) was established to improve the performance of equipment and tools. In 1945, after the research and development, CIMCOOL was introduced to the market with the industry's first synchrotron type coolant. And in 1947, the National Machine Tool Builder Show focused more on its distinctive pink color. Since then, pink has become a typical symbol for CIMCOOL worldwide.
CIMCOOL products were first manufactured in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA and currently produce products in North America and South America. CIMCOOL EUROPE started manufacturing in Vlaardingen in the Netherlands in the 1950s, and now supplies products to the Middle East, India and East and Western Europe.
CIMCOOL ASIA PACIFIC started manufacturing in 1991 in Ulsan, Korea to supply CIMCOOL to the Asia-Pacific region.
In 2009, it started manufacturing in Shanghai to expand the Chinese market.

Quick-drying oil type - 505D product
The 505D evaporative lubricant is a fin stamping and collar drawing compound specially developed for the air conditioning industry and the heat transfer industry. 505D is the best collar drawing emulsion with special lubricant, without oil. The "evaporation" of the 505D's unique lubricant eliminates the need for a post-work cleaning process.
505D is mainly used for aluminum substrates, but it can also be used for light-weight forming work of ferrous metals.
505D can be applied by spray, drip or brush method.

515H-3 Evaporative lubricant is a fin stamping and collar drawing compound specially developed for the air conditioning industry and the heat transfer industry. 515H-3 is the best collar drawing emulsion for medium and high load, oil-free with special lubricant with high boundary lubricity. 515H-3 is the product of choice for higher or unusual collar drawing. The "evaporation" of the 515H-3's unique lubricant eliminates the need for a post-work cleaning process.
515H-3 is mainly used for aluminum substrates, but can also be used for forming intermediate load of ferrous metals.
515H-3 can be applied by spray, drip or brush method.
