Brazing Binder
Binder (fixing agent) is used for the aluminum brazing, and the flux
It is a product developed for the purpose of preventing release after application.
Process movement and assembly after uniform application of flux
Flux applied on the surface is not released during the process, Binder is 60 ~ 70% in the drying furnace,
And 100% pyrolyzed without forming carbide.
Water soluble fixing agent
- Add 5 ~ 10 wt.% Binder to water (caution for freeze and decay since the material is water-based)
Non-water soluble fixing agent
If concentration increases due to the evaporation of the solvent during use, add diluent (controlled by specific weight)
- Aluminum Flux and Solvent Base Binder are mixed and used by Dipping and Spray.
- Solvent evaporation occurs at room temperature, sealing the fill opening after use
- There is a smell of solvents, so ventilation is necessary.
