- Strip marker is a 4-beam strip marker for semiconductor.
Loading and unloading is possible with its stack magazine.
The material loading/unloading methods (1 in 1 out, 2 in 2 out and etc.) can be configured according to customer request.
The strip handling is divided into two types, shuttle and rail types.
Shuttle type
Placing the strip on the shuttle for handling
Rail type
Moving the strip along the rail with an indexing motor; materials delivered in short time
