This machine cleans the BGA STRIP Magazine / TRAY by removing the flux and various Particles using D.I Water.
For the purpose of input into IN-LINE after back-end line pass through.

Feature
▶ Cleans the wafer thoroughly as high pressure , hot DI water (60°C) is used. (Has a built in DI Water Heating) .
▶ To clean the product thoroughly, the top and bottom pressures and angle of the spray zone can be controlled.
▶ The product is transferred on the SUS Conveyor Belt Lane and installation of Guide to prevent dislodging the product so that it moves to the next process.
▶ Put up Tray then wash and then the entrance turns to downward.
▶ By recycling of DI Water, excessive use of DI water can be prevented
