It is a high temperature mist rotation defrosting machine.
At a low temperature setting (randomly set at 5°C~30°C), starts to condense at the melting point of the liquid phase. Thanks to the principle of
defrosting acceleration due to the latent heat of condensation, it defrosts relatively quickly and safely even at a low temperature.
Through the horizontal rotation method and wind, wind is blown up and down in between the defrosting product, thus providing an even result.
Also, the integration of the equipment at one section facilitates the cleansing process and hygiene measures.
Due to its fixed temperature setting, it offers a stable defrosting, the non drip method (temperature of about -1.5°C).
For cleansing and hygiene, it offers the options of foam cleansing, steam sterilizing, and CIP methods.
The High temperature mist rotation defroster restores almost to the ingredients' original condition before freezing. It can be used for almost all the
ingredients, including those that cannot be defrosted with the electric or water defrosting methods.
Compared to the running water defrosting method the running cost is reduced to an average of 1/10, and due to its simple structure its
maintenance is very economic.
Not being dependent on water system, water disposal cost is reduced as well, thus it contributes to the environment.
