Product Description

WoongJin Ultra-Violet UV Reflector & Mirror
A high-pressure UV lamp generates high temperature when it is on so the radiation efficiency and cooling should be considered in designing from the lamp housing. Woongjin Ultra-Violet, with years of accumulated experience and know-how, maximizes the cooling efficiency to give the best optimum conditions for production.

Supply and exhaust of air are made through forced air cooling and water cooling, and air supply covers air exhaust so an air curtain is made between the heat generating part and a product. It minimizes a product’s interference in heat and for a light product, it can prevent a phenomenon of getting loose.

COLD MIRROR

WoongJin Ultra-Violet UV Reflector & Mirror 1
A cold mirror emits out heat (infrared rays) which is generated when a UV lamp is on, and it reflects only the ultraviolet so it can UV-cure without thermal transformation of a subject. It is an optical filter; optical materials of TiO2, SnO2, etc. have been sputtered on multi-layered thin film. It reflects ultraviolet and permeates heat rays so it reduces temperature increase of a subject.

HOT MIRROR

WoongJin Ultra-Violet UV Reflector & Mirror 2
A hot mirror is an optical filter that maximizes the UV curing effect by reflecting heat (infrared rays) coming from UV lamps and permeating only the ultraviolet into a subject. It is made by multi- layer sputtering several materials having optical characteristics like TiO2 and SiO2 on 99.98% pure quartz. It reflects heat rays and permeates ultraviolet so it reduces temperature increase of a subject. The heat coming from UV lamps is primarily permeated into a cold mirror and then, removed, and UV is permeated into a product. Heat that is directly permeated into a product from a lamp is reflected through this hot mirror and UV is permeated into a product so UV efficiency is maximized. It discharges out the heat that is generated when a lamp turns on as possible as can, and it permeates only the ultraviolet into a product so it minimizes thermal transformation of a subject.
