The most important quality of CD bars is straightness. As such, with the recent spread of CNC, NC and unmanned full-automatic processing machinery, etc., more elaborative quality for the CD bar straightness is required.
We have one 4-roll machine (for round bar correction) and one multi-roll machine (for deformed bar correction).
This enables us to produce super-precision straight bars with a straightness level twice that of the existing CD bars, differentiating our product quality from that of competitors and leading the way in the CD bar markets.
