Q/T bars (Quenched & Tempered bars) are used mainly as materials for all screws all screws for high-temperature & pressure, and high-strength major-axis material).
With the use of Q/T bars, users' manufacturing process can drastically be improved, enabling the cutting of costs, the shortening of delivery period, the improvement of productivity, and consequently the securing of competitiveness.
Since 1999, we have developed Q/T bars and exported them to Americas and Southeast Asia.
In 2001, we introduced one quenching and tempering line. This allows us to produce and sell Q/T bars in earnest.
