ㆍFeatures
Turn the blower ON during the heating process in order to regenerate the drying agent and to absorb ambient air and supply it to the heater through the ducts. Send hot air to the regeneration tower in order to dry the dehumidifying agent and discharge it to the atmosphere. The cooling process blocks the inlet and outlet of the regeneration duct so that the regeneration duct could supply air only to the blower and to cool the down dehumidifying agent. Open air is used only when not producing any loss of compressed air. (Regenerated air consumption: 0%)
ㆍProduction specification
Capacity: 20,000 N㎥/HR or more Dew point: PDP -40℃ to -110℃ or below
ㆍAdvantages and disadvantages
Advantage: The supply air has low dew point without consuming regenerated air. Disadvantage: Both cold water and cooling water are required. A number of installation areas and expenses are needed.
ㆍClosed circuit
Close duct at cooling to prevent the regeneration from deteriorating
