Overview

A detector is comprised of a sensor bonded on top of a ROIC.
A radiation detector for imaging system includes such sensor usually made out of CdTe, and ROIC of analog front-end circuitries with digital logics.

Luxen Technologies, Inc. has developed single pixel detector for XRD, XRF, Line scanning devices as well as two-dimensional pixel arrayed detectors of 32 x 32, 64 x 64, 128 x 128, 256 x 256 that can be used for medical imaging applications and non-destructive testing equipment.
Also we provide fully customized pixelated ROICs with various specifications on customers’ demands, with detectors, control board, and software.
