Our company, Sineun Ind. Co., manufactures various parts for precision machines.

We began producing carbide-press molds in early 1988. Since that time, we have built metallic molds for semiconductor assembly lines, motor cores, and connectors.

We have developed state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, including the carbide punch and die processing technology for the precision lead frames with a high pin count (208 pin). In addition, we have created and maintained an outstanding reputation by making customer service and satisfaction a top priority.
