Summary

The water tube boiler has the all-membrane wall structure and has 3Pass for the small capacity lower than 5T/Hr and 2Pass or 3Pass for the capacity above 6T/Hr and with a preheater and a fuel economizer equipped, it maximizes heat efficiency by minimizing the thermal loss of the exhaust gas and radiant heat and also has a beautiful exterior.

- Water tube steam boiler with membrane wall system is designed to keep the wall under staurated steam temperature by minimizing radiant heat loss and to maximize the efficiency of heat by a pressed combustion system.

- This design was made in accordance with the calculation of minimum maintenance temperature of heating surface. It solves the problem of short life time of air preheater caused by the erosion of low temperature. In result, the durable time was prolonged.

- Special steam separator was used to minimize foaming and priming. This prevented low productivity resulted from the erosion of water hammer pipe and wet steam.
