Dye may be added to either the packer or to the actual cement. As it flows out of the casing the OceanSENSE unit immediately detects it and announces the presence both visually and audibly.

OceanTools Leak Detection Engineers have performed numerous offshore leak and cement detection surveys for oil companies and drilling operators and have achieved a 100% success in detecting cement returns. The OceanSENSE cement detection units can detect Fluoresceins and Rhodamines.
