The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is based on the cavitation effect, and this cavitation involves not only the micro agitation depending on the vibration of bubbles but also thermal and chemical reactions caused by the pressure and heat generated in the process of bubble destruction.
As a result of the combination and repetition of such reactions, the chemical reactions of the cleaning solution are enhanced, distributions are increased, and foreign substances attached to the surface of the object to be cleaned are removed.
Even ultra-precision cleaning is possible depending on the choice of detergent. An ultrasonic generator consists of an oscillator and a vibrator.
Generator
The ultrasonic oscillator is equipped with an F.E.T. semiconductor and generates a frequency of 20KHz or 28KHz to 220KHz, and produces various outputs in the 200w, 400w, 600w, 1,200w, and 1,500w ranges.
Tranducer
A vibrator using a B.L.T. type oscillator determines its output depending on the amount, size, and shape of the object to be cleaned. Custom manufacturing of a large sized vibrator in accordance with manufacturing requirements is also available.
