Product Description

INSUNG's ISND Series is designed to drill needle plates of textile machinery, requiring 30000~50000 number of drilling holes in one plate. Its high speed 2 spindles of 6000 rpm & 15000 rpm enable drilling of Ø1~Ø6 mm & end-mill. It is suitable to drill plates of steel, aluminum & celluloid plywood. Macro program enabling tool breakage probing & repetitive works is provided.
