■ The type of clutch is dry type, and this clutch brake is made by reliable and leading foreign manufacturer. Looking at the advantage of the clutch brake, attrition rate of the clutch brake’s lining is lower and the time response is faster and more accurate than others.

■ Semi-H box type press machine is free from the deformation problem of the front part. And it is designed bearing over the stress of authorized capacity.

■ In case of the breakdown of Clutch part or Brake part, dual safety solenoid valve stops the machine to prevent the accidents.

■ Because of digital type controller that has been developed Korea’s first, the operator is easy to handle the machine and grasp the status of machine and product. Durability test of the controller has been completed and the patent has been applied.

■ The type of Die height Counter is electronic. This type saves the time of setting a die and allows the operator to adjust by the 0.1mm unit of the height.
