Distinction of our company filters

The fillers and fine filters manufactured by Yoowon Industries Co. Ltd., are used to clean many types of fluids such as lube oil, fuel oil, liquid chemicals, gasoline, industrial waste water and in atomic energy equipment. To remove moisture contained in industrial lube oils, fuel oils and gasoline our separator removes contaminants. This process is accomplished by applying a filter in the first stage then removing moisture effectively with the separator in a second stage.

The wire element inside the filter is constructed from notched wire and is made from specially coated tightly coiled stainless steal. This construction is far superior to gauze wire filters in hardness and effectiveness based both, on materials, and precise design. Our filters are extremely effects in removing contaminants and, due to the materials we use, have a high resistance to corrosion and are therefore semi-permanent.

Our filters and separators are designed to remove moisture and solid waste materials found in gasoline, fuel oil, heavy oil, light gas oil and liquid natural gas. These filters were deigned to provide the highest quality purification in a wide array of applications from oil tankers to aviation equipment. As such, our filters are used in the shipping industry and on oil supplying equipment for private and military aircraft.

Made of cage shaped anticorrosive frame with a protected fine stainless steel wire wound around.

BK TYPE ELEMENT
Made of specially processed cellulose filter of high filtering performance.

ROCK WOOL TYPE ELEMENT
Made of carefully selected rock wool fibers stuffed in specially treated canister.

The notch wire element, around which a specially treated fine stainless wire is wound in the shape of a cage, allows extremely accurate fabrication of the filtration passage dimension due to its simple structure and durable shape.

Moreover, the element is unsusceptible to corrosion and change of material quality and any impurities attached to the element can be removed easily by backwashing and use of the air blow.

This feature makes replacement of the element unnecessary and element life continues almost permanently.
