Explorer-349, Compact Q-switched DPSS UV Lasers
MALDI Mass Spectrometry 에 적용되어온 질소가스레이저(파장 337.1nm)를 고체레이저로 대체하기 위하여 Explorer 시리즈 중에 가장 먼저 개발되었으며 현재도 이분야에 가장 많이 적용되고 있습니다.
Intracavity Tripler를 내장한 Nd:YLF 레이저이며 출력파장은 349nm(UV) 입니다. 출력펄스에너지 60uJ, 120uJ의 두 제품이 공급되며, OEM 제품은 국내의 LCD패널 리페어공정에 적용되고 있습니다.
