3) DRIVE UNIT, TAKE-UP UNIT
① DRIVE UNIT-SPROCKET TYPE
Sprocket type provides easy and simple maintenance, and also Caterpillar type is applicable upon customers need. In order to choose proper motor and gear reducer, customers need to calculate chain pull in accordance with Lay-out.
② DRIVE UNIT-CATERPILLAR TYPE
With heat-treated ROLLER LINK PLATE attached to STANDARD ROLLER CHAIN, the Caterpillar chain convey the power to all types of NZ-75 Chain.
③ TAKE-UP UNIT
Weight type, spring type and Screw type are available. If the line is designed for drying purpose where high temperature is required or long line, Weight type is desirable. Spring type and Screw type can be used in a simple line.
