This is an all in-one product not require a separate installation of cooler and filter and does not take up a huge surface. Built in an all-in-one structure, the piping only requires the connection to the dryer's in/outlet, which is quite easy

This product exposed the terminal box to facilitate wiring and takes a simple structure with protective cover to secure convenience and safety.

작동원리

The condensed water, produced during the primary cooling of the hot compressed air flowing in from the air compressor, is removed and impurities are removed while it passes through the Pre filter. The air cooled in the cooler exchanges heat with the air refrigerated and dehumidified in the pre-cooler of the heat exchanger (KHT-30 or higher model), flows into the evaporator and cooled down to the dew point by the refrigerant. The condensed water generated at this point is discharged, and the dried air exchanges heat with the compressed air introduced from the pre-cooler to gain heat, and then the remaining moisture and impurities are removed from the After filter and discharged from the dryer.
