Features
[1] Spread nozzle of compressed air is installed at compressed air tank right above the filter cloth, and diaphragm valves are installed at each nozzle for great amount of air can flow into nozzle instantly. 0.5 Kgf/㎠ of low compressed air will creates enough shock waves to shake off dust from filter cloth, and for the air compressing device, if there is root blower or ring blower or other high pressed air is being used already, it can be decompressed with decompressing valve.
[2] Body is cylinder type cyclone, so inhaled dusty air is being separated 1st at the cyclone before it reaches filter cloth, so the burden of filter cloth is being reduced.
[3] As result, maximum speed of filtering of 6~8m/min became possible (speed of filtering is selected considering the qualities of dust and the volume of dust etc.)
Merit
With superior effect of shaking off dust with shock wave, machine is compact and required area for install is reduced remarkably.
Life of filter cloth is comparably long due to limited condensed water or grease by using very low pressured air of 0.5 Kgf/㎠ for pulse, compare to high compressed air of 5 ~ 6 Kgf/㎠
With strong pulse for shaking dust off, it reduced load of FAN by minimizing pressure loss inside of filter cloth, so power cost is greatly economized.
