For the automatic press operation it is necessary to supply the ballet in horizontal and vertical directions but the existing transfers' ballet supplying device is set only to supply the ballet in one direction.
The dual mode ballet loader developed by our company has the following features:
1. As the heater height is lower the maintenance is easier.
2. The part with high temperature of the heated ballet is downwards for supply.
   (It is favorable for forging of CLUTCH GEAR, DRIVEN GEAR, HUB and OUTER RACE)
   (The temperature difference between the up and down of the billet is over 50ºC)
3. As the heated ballet is supplied in the 1st process, the temperature is not lowered.
   (Reduces the supplying time by 5 seconds, prevents approximately 30ºC of temperature loss)
4. By reducing 1 pitch of finger beam and finger the movement of the finger beam is easy and the time to set up the finger is reduced.
