Operating principle
Dial type float level gauge is consist of float, measuring wire and indicating unit. The measuring wire connected to the float on a liquid level is directly lead into the indicator body and wound on wire drum. The rotation of the wire drum is transmitted through gear transmission to the scale dial indicator where pointer is turned on dial scale to indicate the level. The wire drum is connected with constant drum which serves to wide excessive length of the wire caused by level variation, thus the wire tension is always kept constant.
Application
Dial type float level gauge is widely used for H.F.O, D.O, L.O sewage tanks and water tanks.
