The multi-sump type ultrasonic precision cleaner has been developed especially for large-scale cleaning operations or high-grade precision cleaning operations.

It is ideal for precision-machine items like automotive high-tech components(Injector,Auto-Lock Brake System, Booster etc), electronics parts, optical elements.

 All Daehan SP(super precision) series aqueous cleaning systems come with the following standard features: 
 
• Automated transport 
Multi-Basket Handling System simultaneously conveys tray shuttle. 

• Stainless steel construction
To improve corrosion resistance, all tanks, frame are constructed of annealed 316 stainless steel.

• R/O water system 
To meet contamination requirements of customer, we normally use deionized water.

• Communication Modem 
To communicate with customer's own shop floor system for getting a data of production amount, trouble time, we have communication modem.

 SUMMARY OF OPERATION 
 
•The transport system simultaneously conveys multiple shuttle through the cleaning system in a parallel manner to increase production.  
•The shuttles are immersed in a heated R/O water and detergent and rotated.  
•After the 1st & 2nd washing process, the shuttle is rinsed with R/O pure water. At that time, the shuttle is rotated in the ultrasonic main tank.(3×Rinse)  
•A blast of fine compressed air blows water droplets after the final rinse. 
•After the blow-off, compressed hot air blowing is done for drying, then to cooling for good handling.  
•The operation of washing, rinsing, air blowing, hot blowing and cooling are done at the same time by simultaneous loading system.  
•From the 1st stage to the final cooling process, the shuttles are always rotated for high quality of super precision washing.

Individual Standard Features
 

ㆍWASH AND RINSE 
The wash and rinse portions of the process consist of a immersion wash station and a 3-stage recycling rinse station. 
 
• Ultrasonic
all tank uses piezoelectric immersible transducer which is located on the tank bottom. 
 
• R/O water system 
deionized water is used in all tank.
 
• Tray shuttle rotation 
For better cleaning effect, tray shuttles are rotated in the tank. 
 
• Recirculation system 
a centrifugal pump, cartridge filters, pressure gages, flow control valves are consisted of recirculating system.
 
• Temperature control
All tanks are equipped with heaters to be able to maintain the preset temperature of the each tank, independently.  

• Liquid level control 
Automatically, water level is controlled by a solenoid valve from the DI water supply when level is low or high.  

• Sub tank 
The sub tank is divided into two area as dirty zone and clean zone. 
 

 AIR BLOWING 

•A blast of compressed & regulated air removes large water droplets.  
•The direction of nozzle can be easily adjusted.  
•For better blowoff, tray shuttle is rotated.  
•The fine filter(0.01miron)was installed. 
 

 HOT AIR BLOWING 

•The compressed air is heated up to 120 degrees.  
•The direction of nozzle can be easily adjusted.  
•For better blowoff, tray shuttle is rotated.  
•The fine filter(0.01miron)was installed.  
•Temperature control  
•electric heaters maintain preset temperature of dryer chamber. 
 

 COOLING 

•The filtered and compressed air cools down the temperature of the parts for good handling.  
•The fine filter(0.01miron)was installed.  
 

 TRANSPORT SYSTEM 

•Shuttles are moved from tank to tank on Multi-Handling System.  
•It means that all the tanks are kept simultaneously occupied.  
•Thus the required cycle time can be easily reached.
