Compressor Recycle Valve Actuation
• In an upset situation, recycle valves must rapidly stroke from full closed to full open to adequately protect the compressor from severe damage.
• In many cases this means a valve stroke travel of up to 24inch (600mm) in less than four seconds. 
• BFS’s experience in recycle valves for fast stroking time. Using valve stroke speed of 12inch(300mm)/sec, up to 24inch(600mm) can stroke to full open in less than 2 sec.
