Frames
D-ECO standard stator frames are most ruggedly constructed with high yield strength and solid support.
The stator frames are welded with heavy rings and steel bars and reinforced with welding plates between bars.
Heavy gauge steel is formed and fastened to the frame to provide ample airflow passage.
The end-rings are precisely machined to support the bearing brackets.
Stator
D-ECO standard stator windings are the configuration of double-layer winding type.
This is to ensure maximum insulation properties.
Half interaction insulation braced and supported by layer of insulating film and wrapped insulating cloth to withstand short-circuit faulty condition and the end-hoop fixing used at the end of the winding of the stator greatly improved the coil insulations and mechanism strength upgrading the performance of its anti- electromagnetism impact dust-proof and anti-corrosion of the winding.
This design is most suitable for used in extreme environmental conditions.
The entire stator assembly, include the stator frames are immersed into varnish resin.
Rotor
D-ECO rotor windings composed of special triple-layer high temperature insulated high-grade rectangular copper wire type.
Incorporated with the rotor-insulation technology of D-ECOˊs patent ; the alternator provides most reliable insulation performance between circles and layers and have the excellent mechanical performance that effectively upgrade the alternatorˊs operational lifespan.
New salient pole interacted rotor technology, whole-windings technology and coil winded directly on the magnetic pole as well as ventilation-cooling technology have improved the alternatorˊs heat radiation and performance.
The rotor are vertically-varnish paint dry and dynamically balanced to meet specifications to ensures the alternator vibrate lightly and create lesser noise.
