Film mammography is used as a diagnostic and a screening tool for breast cancer  to  ensure early detection of women’s breast abnormalities, typically through detection of characteristic masses and/or micro calcifications. This system offers many advantages as below;

 Irene Smart (Digital Mammography System)

The digital mammography system provides an X-ray picture of the breasts through the digital image receptor. It is used to find tumors and to help tell the difference between noncancerous and cancerous disease.  This digital mammography system offers many advantages as below;
