Young Shin, established in December 1962, has developed the main functional electric components such as Start Motors, AC. Generators, CDI. Units, Ignition Coils, Pinion Gears...etc for the automobiles and motorcycles near for 40 years. We have not only supplied them to the leading motorcycle makers, our main customers in Korea, but also exported to the famous motorcycle companies in the world. The marvellous growth has been recorded in the sales amount every year.
Young Shin had a technical cooperation agreement with Mitsuba MFG, one of the largest electric parts makers in Japan, in December 1984 and consequently the high technique had been transferred and all manufacturing lines had been automatized and economized with latest modern machines and facilities installation.
Quality has been maintained continuously to achieve zero defect level on our products on account of the broad range of computerized, sophisticated, precise testers that were conducted strictly for both products and work processes to assure the quality warranty system. Young Shin acquired the ISO 9002 Certification in March 1999 from the BSI which was very famous authorized Valuation Institute in England. Our manufacturing technique for the electric components was exported to the LML a leading motorcycle maker in INDIA, by contracting technical assistant agreement in May 1999 which was based on our Know-How and accumulated high technique for 40 years.
