Yoosung established in 1979, is the leading environment service corporation in Korea.

Yoosung corporation has 6 professional subsidiaries as YS, YS TEC, Yoonikun, HanKook Special Industry(HKSI), Yoosung and R&D center offering intermediate(incineration)/final treatment(landfill) of general & designated waste material business, recycling construction waste material business, environmental machinery engineering/manufacturing business, environmental plant engineering

construction business, recycling Automobile Shredder Residue(ASR) business, wastewater treatment business, producing Solid Refused Fuel(SRF) business, environmental consulting business, and R&D business.

As we have conducted these various environmental businesses, we have certified ISO 14001, INNO-BIZ, Venture company, Patent-Star company and registered GHG(Greenhouse gas) reduction business, environmental consulting business(1st registration in Ulsan) and specialized construction business.

We also have received many governmental prizes include 3 presidential prizes.

In 1979, Yoosung established R&D center and has conducted 22 major environmental R&D projects of government. By conducting these projects, we have obtained 31 patent registrations and developed several GHG reduction technologies. Other achievements are also stated in the chart.

These achievements express our hard and innovative efforts to make better environment and contribute to the GHG reduction, one of the most serious concerns in the world.
