TE&I is specialized company for design, construction, installation, trial operation of ERW Pipe & Tube Mill Line and steel product manufacturing equipment from 1983 for 30 years.

After 1990, following the trend of expansion for high strength and heavy wall thickness API pipe production, our company started to work for 12” API heavy thickness Line Capacity upgrade based on continuous research and technical skills.

In 1999, our company developed Spiral Pipe Mill Line which can handle API, X-70 grade with 24.4mm thickness plate for the first time in the World. We directly exported two lines to the U.S.A and completed installation, trial operation.

We consistently participated in OCTG and high strength heavy wall thickness pipe Related equipment, and we are progressing design and construction through the all parts of the Equipment such as Mill Part, S/Q Stand, Cut off related facility , Facer M/C and others.

In 2009, we made great achievement for the first time that we completed design, construction, installation, trial operation of whole process of API only Line from Entry to Forming part, Cut-off M/C, Straightener, Facer, Hydrotest, U.T M/C & Auto Packing M/C.

Besides the API high strength and heavy thickness ERW Pipe Mill Line, we succeeded the first Localization of Milling cutter & Edge miller, Split cut-off, Slitter Line which are related to the API Line.
