Samhyun Engineering was founded in November 2007 with the aim of becoming a world leader in the green energy industry. Its goal was to manufacture slewing bearings for wind power generators in order to solve the global energy crisis.

The company combines Samgong’s know-how on the design and processing of bearings with Hyunjin Materials high technology in forging metal materials to provide a one-stop service from materials to the final end product.

Samhyun’s major products are composed of a variety of slewing bearings for wind power generators that meets customer’s requirements. In addition, it is able to design and manufacture slewing bearings that are used for harbor and shipyard construction equipment, mobile cranes, offshore technology, tower cranes and man-lifts.

The construction of Samhyun’s factory began in May 2008 and completed in January 2009. Samhyun is being supplied with materials from Yonghyun BM which has a bearing supply contract with USA Company. Samhyun is also working alongside Sermatech Korea, a company that has received USA Company’s certification on their coating and painting technologies. Along with those companies, Samhyun has created a solid one-stop service for its customers.

In order to maintain quality, Samhyun performs self-inspections for all products and manufacturing processes. The best efforts are being made in order to ensure the manufacture of credible products. In addition, Samhyun is continuing to invest in devices, technological development, quality improvements and customer services in order to be recognized by its customers as a high-quality product supplier.
