LOT Vacuum was establised under the value of securing the infrastructure technology of the semiconductor and display industry.
We acquired the dry vacuum pump business division from Leybold Vacuum(Germany) which boasts a long history and traditions, and now have taken the first step through a business partnership with all our technologies and know-how acuumulated up to the present.

You may not realize that it would have been impossible for Edison to invent the incandescent light if there was no vacuum pump. For a long time, we were able to easily come across and see vacuums around us. With our specialized technical expertise, LOT Vacuum services all areas from the development, manufacture, sales, and customer service of vacuum pumps, which are used in many industrial sites or work processes. We are the only vacuum company in the country competing with the world's leading companies.

We are continuously and aggressively making investments to prepare for the future market and to flexibly respond to the demands of the rapidly changing market, and are releasing our next generation products which reflect varouis customer needs.
In particular, we are achieving saled by developing display, solar ray, AMOLED, and vacuum pumps for general industries in addition to vacuum pumps for semiconductors. Through constant enterprise-wide innovation activities for taking the 2nd leap, we are creating a foundation for our company to mature a step further.
